This week's dinner...

Mabo tofu! Ingredients used: tofu, sukiyaki cut beef, mixed steamed veggies, and cook do mabo tofu sauce!
I try to make dinner to last me at least four nights, since I work so much! This meal came out to be about $4 a serving, beats paying $8-$10 a night on take out.
